Elation was a superhero that I came up with when I was in high school. I ran a short live-action comic series with a few friends. It only ran 6 issues, but I'm going to continue it at least 2-3 more.
Elation's powers were derived from an Ether Orb which gave him control over electricity. He searched out other Ether Orbs, but as far as my short-lived comic series went, he only discovered one other Ether Orb in the possession of another hero like himself.
